Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Days2Go account and all associated data at any time. There is no charge and no need to be signed into the app.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (name, email, profile picture URL)
• Your Google OAuth access & refresh tokens
• Your in-app preferences (selected calendar colours and calendars)
• Your active session tokens
• Your purchase records related to Days2Go Pro

What is retained

• Anonymous payment records that Google Play is legally required to retain for tax and fraud-prevention purposes (these contain no app-specific personal data).
• Server logs (for up to 30 days) that may contain your IP address for security/abuse prevention. These are not linked to your account after deletion.

How to request deletion

Email us with the subject line "Delete my Days2Go account" from the email address associated with your Days2Go account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.

You can also revoke Days2Go's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

If you're signed into the app

You can also disconnect Google from inside Days2Go: open the app → Settings → Disconnect Google. This signs you out and clears your stored Google tokens; to permanently remove your account record from our database, please also send the email above.
